Our Quality Policy

Fisher BioServices firmly believes in an organization-wide quality management system as its core for products and services.  Products and services provided by Fisher BioServices will meet or exceed all quality requirements established as a part of its quality management system.  Fisher BioServices will continuously improve its business, products, services, organization, and employee performance.  Fisher BioServices is committed to the corporate core values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.

Fisher BioServices has adopted the Thermo Fisher Scientific Practical Process Improvement (PPI) program—an employee driven team approach to continual improvement.

We have also instituted a Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA) program to analyze operations, processes, and other events to identify potential and current nonconformities.  Nonconformities are reviewed, the root causes identified, and corrective actions implemented. 

We track deviations (planned and unplanned), out of tolerance/specification events, non-conformances, and other quality indicators.  We trend the key indicators to provide insight into our QA management performance and to obtain information to improve our operations.
