Vaccines and Other Biologics

Whether a vaccine needs to be maintained at refrigerated (4 to 8 °C), frozen, or other temperatures, we can ensure it arrives at a clinical site anywhere in the world without a temperature excursion.

Loading DockOne of our repository teams received a special commendation recently for their heroic efforts to distribute the H1N1 vaccine for clinical trials.  They worked around the clock so that testing of the vaccine stayed on schedule for the 2009 flu season.

We use validated shippers and enclose temperature monitors.  We enclose sufficient coolant to last at least 24 hours beyond the anticipated time of delivery, in case of an unforeseen delay.  Shipments destined for overseas delivery are packed with enough coolant to last at least 48 hours beyond the expected delivery time.

The data logged by the temperature monitors is immediately downloaded to verify that the vaccine remained at the correct temperature.  We retain the data on a server and will provide it to clients on request.
