Receiving
Our customizable, study-specific, electronic receipt module tracks the location from which specimens were received, receipt date, carrier, condition upon receipt, lot number, and amount received.

Distribution
The database tracks shipment date, location shipped to, carrier, items shipped, amount shipped, barcode numbers, and protocol number. Electronic shipment notifications generate email message to notify clients of shipments as well as automatic address label generation.

Sample labeling & tracking
Our secure and FDA validated database system (In-Trak) tracks all sample movements and equipment-related information, such as location and relocation, validation and calibration, preventative maintenance and repair. In-Trak also records the storage temperature and location, processing and aliquoting module, and freeze/thaw event.

Reports
You can customize In-Trak to meet your reporting needs. Receiving, inventory, shipping, reports capable of being exported in a variety of electronic formats or printed customizable reports that can be filtered and sorted based upon client requests.
